After two decades in consulting - first in the corporate world, then leading social impact work at Accenture - I wanted to work differently. To be directly involved - not just shaping strategy and solutions from a distance but contributing to the problem-solving and design process.

Impact Three is the third stage of my career: a space where I offer independent, practical support to impact organisations navigating uncertainty, adapting to change, or needing extra hands and fresh thinking when capacity is stretched.

It’s just me - no big team, no corporate layers or distractions. I work directly with clients, adapting to what’s needed most.

BUILT ON EXPERIENCE

I bring 20 years of experience in strategy, organisational development, and partnerships — with a career that’s taken me from Accenture’s commercial strategy practice to global leadership roles in its social impact team.

Along the way, I’ve worked with NGOs, UN agencies, and philanthropic foundations across five continents — helping teams set direction, strengthen delivery, and collaborate for greater impact.

I take a hands-on, collaborative approach — embedding when needed, supporting when stretched, and offering practical insight that helps leaders move things forward when it matters most.

    2004 – 2010

    Helped organisations reshape themselves around their people — from change management, to workforce planning and team redesign.

  • Strategy & change: international NGOs

    2010 – 2015

    Applied corporate strategy to international NGOs, co-designing practical solutions across HR, field operations, and global structures.

  • Global Skills and Livelihoods Director

    2015 – 2024

    Led global work on inclusive livelihoods, designing scalable skilling and employment programmes for youth, refugees, women, and people with disabilities.

  • ADP Latin America Regional Director

    2015 – 2017

    Launched Accenture Development Partnerships in Latin America, building local partnerships and scaling social impact work delivery across the region.

  • Strategic Advisor to Accenture Foundation

    2015 – 2024

    Co-developed CSR strategy with the Accenture Foundation — shaping grant making and partnerships that turned funding into long-term social impact.
